Placing and sending your orders

Workdays are the days between Saturday and Thursday, except the public holidays and all the orders will be processed through working days and the next day after the holidays.

In case of any problems such as customer cancellation, the price will be sent back to the customer’s account within 48 hours.

EG is able to stop taking new orders and sales and all the previously placed orders will be sent before stopping taking orders. The right to stop selling all or part of EG products due to any reasons like being out of stock is reserved for EG.

In case of any errors regarding the price and the Rial value of the available goods on the EG website, The right to cancel the order and customer’s purchase will be preserved for EG. Eg will return the received funds back to the accounts declared by customers and by entering the EG website, customers accept to have been aware of it and can’t have any further claims.

When placing an order, users should fill out the form completely and accurately. It is obvious that false or incomplete information can’t be followed up. Therefore the inserted address, Email, and contact numbers ( both home and mobile phone) are considered as confirmed by the customer and in case they are not inserted correctly, EG can ask for further information in order to finalize the order. Customers can also insert another person’s name, address, and contact info to receive the parcel. If the price is fully paid in advance, the recipient should show an ID card to receive the parcel.

With regard to our order registration system, it is not possible to issue an invoice twice or make any changes to it like changing the real person to legal. Thus the customers must pay enough attention when placing an order.

Delivering the order is only possible in an accurate, dependable location and can’t happen in public areas.

EG is committed to delivering the orders after having them placed and sending a confirmation to the customer, delivering the orders in the agreed time and place, and following the determined policies (such as the related prices). In case the customer is not in her location to receive the parcel, he is supposed to pay the related costs.

All the terms and conditions mentioned here apply to normal conditions and in case of any unexpected or unpredictable events which are out of EG’s control, EG won’t accept any responsibilities.

Damages During Transportation

EG does its best to deliver the orders in the best possible condition and with no damage. However, in case of any damages, while transporting goods, EG will accept all responsibilities and in order to facilitate the process will take care of the procedure.

EG after-sales service should be informed about any damages to goods within 24 working hours, and the damaged good should be sent back to the EG after-sales department.

Test-time Service

In order to provide the customers with value-added service, customers can return all goods within 3 days and can have unconditional change within 10 days after delivery.

The problems claimed by the customer will be checked by after-sales specialists and after confirming the defect, the customer can use the aforementioned service. This service doesn’t include the defects caused by the user’s improper use.

To use the three-day return or ten-day change, please be careful to pack the goods properly and include invoices and accessories and as well.

If the good is not received by EG at its initial condition, no service can be provided and the good will be out of changing conditions.

If the damaged item is out of stock, and the possibility of replacing it with another item sounds remote, EG can send the money back to the customer and price fluctuations won’t increase or decrease the amount.

In case of changing an item with another which has a different commission fee, the customer will be charged for the extra price.

The items can be returned within three days with the price mentioned in the invoice. ( Price fluctuations have no effect on return conditions within three days)

In case the damaged item is out of stock, It will be ready to send within 2 or 3 working weeks, and in case of a cancellation, the price will be sent back to the customer.

In case of being unaware, unable to use the item properly, or causing damages to the item, all the expenses will be borne by the customer and EG has no commitments in this regard.

It must be also mentioned that EG doesn’t guarantee the product description or other information mentioned on the website to be completely right. If there are any contradictions between the product EG has offered and what the customer has received the only solution will be to return the item without using it and its initial conditions.

Pricing Policy

EG pricing policy is based on customer orientation and respecting customer rights. The offered prices are retail store prices.
With respect to EG users and with regard to the daily fluctuations in the gold price, EG can’t state the final price and inventory of times before placing orders. In some rare cases and with regard to gold market fluctuations or possible mistakes in pricing, if an order is not possible to be delivered, EG is responsible to inform the customer as soon as possible and cancel the order. Vat is included in all items and the customers won’t be charged twice. Transportation and delivery costs will be calculated separately.
